I’m one of 12 international Skin Nutrition Institute™ Licensed Educators (and only the second in the USA the last time I checked!). My offerings include internationally accredited, science based holistic skin & beauty nutrition trainings for practitioners, professionals, skin care obsessed babes.
Meet The Founder
HOW MY STORY BEGAN
I used to work the typical 9-5 grind for a stuffy corporate company with a 1.5 hour D.C. commute each way. And well, let’s just say it wasn’t exactly what set my soul on fire…
My online career began in 2014 when I enrolled in a Skillcrush program learning graphic & web design. I began taking on freelance projects on the side, and eventually founded my LLC in 2016 when I left corporate for good. Since then, I’ve attained over a dozen professional certifications and worked with some of the biggest names in the personal development industry.
I became interested in skin care at a very young age when my grandpa was diagnosed with skin cancer. I grew up very conscious of what I put on my skin, and now as an adult I’ve learned that’s only a very small part of protecting your skin.
Glow Flow is close to my heart as I get to bring 3 of my favorite things together – business building, teaching, and skin care.

When I’m not teaching courses here or running my Pinterest Management Agency, you can find me having Taylor Swift dance parties with my kiddos or snuggling my kitties on the couch watching Hocus Pocus under a cozy blankie.
A look back on
my journey…
2016
Moved away from D.C. and founded my own LLC working with clients in the personal development and healthcare industries.
2021
Had a traumatic near death experience that changed everything. I dedicated myself to my own rebirth. This was the year of my Power Pivot.
2024
And that brings us to the present…
I’m very proud to say that I am only one of 12 licensed educators in the world teaching the magic of Star Khechara’s Skin Nutrition Institute™ programs. I also formally launched my Pinterest management agency after 10 years of growing Pinterest accounts for myself & others.
2014
it all started with skillcrush…
I could no longer imagine building a corporate career in D.C., and so I learned graphic & web design from the female founded tech company Skillcrush. From there, I started taking on freelance projects. I also started a beauty testing & review blog that got Pinterest famous.
2018
Became a momma for the first time and leaned heavily into working with my 1:1 coaching clients.
2022
Had our third and final baby, moved our family to the Midwest, and (finally) got married!
